Members of the Employment Group have extensive experience of all areas of employment law and have been instructed in a number of prominent cases including the recent decision of the Court of Appeal in Bangs v Connex (2005): the leading case on delay in promulgation of ET decisions. Members of the group regularly appear in the Court of Appeal and the EAT as well as Employment Tribunals and the County Court.

We are instructed by many of the leading London law firms and act for both Applicants and Respondents. Members of the group are instructed on trade union related issues and several are regularly instructed by the Treasury Solicitor.  We are committed to providing a high standard of commercial service.
